Can I ask how to help with stretching of the backside of my knees? No matter what stretches I do and how often the muscle there still seems really tight and stubborn.

Hi I'm a dancer to and I was wondering if your hips pop whenever you bring your legs up and down because mine do every time I do anything related to that
The popping you hear is nitrogen bubbles popping in the synovial capsule and isn’t harmful however it could be a sign of overused or weak areas. If you have any pain at all or even to check, make sure it reach out to your health professional.
